"I purchased this hotel for my parents and they absolutely loved it, food is available all day, close to everything and they offered transportation and tours as well so you know no one’s going to take advantage of you. "
"This property was located on the downtown area of Mexico City. I enjoyed the location and the walkable restaurants, shopping areas, and entertainment offerings. "
"It was like a castle!! Excellent cleaning service, friendly staff is only the half of it. Front desk we had our 2 favs Miguel and Enrique with friendly smiles and warm greetings. Enrique was our first front desk contact. He was so friendly and gave us suggestions for dinner on our first day. Miguel also was so thoughtful and kind he made sure we had our bag lunches, courtesy of the hotel, a pleasant surprise, for our tours that started before breakfast hours. The breakfasts were included, but not the buffet style, same options that hotels usually offer. They had a full menu with lots of homemade options. We were staying there 10 days and we still never tried all the options. It came with coffee including lattes, teas, juice of your choice, fruit plate, your entree and toast. It was so delicious and the seating area and kitchen were spotless. Dynamic breakfast staff, incl. the 2 Antonio’s (ask who is #1 for laughs) and Juan. There also was Francisco and Salvador who we met the first night at the on premise, Restarante Tezontle. Incredible dishes with great sauces and variety of courses. Their signature drink horchata made with hibiscus is a must. Ezekiel was the managervbreakfast/supper operations. We got to meet him as well. The cleaning staff was thorough and fast. Our room was clean and they did our laundry which was ready the same day. It was a great amenity to travelling lite. The best experience was how they helped me practice my Spanish and were so personal.❤️🙏"
"Me gustó el Hotel. Lo único que puedo decir que las manifestaciones hace un poco difícil llegar o salir de allí pero yo les doy un 10. Limpio la que limpia Sugey. Hace un trabajo. Intachable.
