Staff was excellent. Room was big and spacious. Everything near by. Access to bus and subway station. Close to Angel de la Independencia, monumento a la Revolution, Bellas artes and Chapultepec. The only thing was the bathroom didn't have water most of the time and we have to add water with a bucket.

WiFi was down for most of our stay and I needed it for work, otherwise the stay was fine. Within walking distance of the Zocalo and near the metro station. Location was 10/10 for the price.

The location is close to main tourist attractions. The cleaners cleaned the room everyday. The price is reasonable. The only complaint I have is there is no sound proofing considering how loud the neighborhood is. This resulted in difficulty sleeping.

I really liked staying here. It’s much better than any other place I’ve stayed. It was clean, the staff were really nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of everything and within walking distance to the Zócalo. They don’t have AC, but they do have a ceiling fan, which was fine for me. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. The only downside is the noise. It’s not a lot, but you can hear some street noise. If you don’t like any noise at all, this might not be the place for you. I personally didn’t mind it.

The hotel was okay. Just a basic room. Thank God the weather was kinda cool because the room did not have an AC system. I thought I was getting a king size bed and I got a full size. No other amenities that I could think of. No restaurant, no breakfast and we got two water bottles. I’m not complaining, just saying what I was offered with. It was clean and the staff were very nice.

Very clean room. Spacious. But the first day the toilet did not work properly. They offered to change rooms but we did not want to pick up and move. The property is ok, not the best but not so bad. The street is very dirty, lots of people all day coming and going, just around the corner from el metro, and makes it very busy. Kind of loud during the day but nighttime is good. Staff very friendly. Would not stay again, but for the price its good if u want to save for other things.

The hotel opened in May. The room was very clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, good showerhead, hot water, thick towels, fast internet, well located in the downtown area, quiet, and very friendly staff. Try to get a room away from the street, which is incredibly noisy and not just from cars. The only thing that's missing is a restaurant. However, I would definitely stay there again.
