"Our stay on the property was amazing. The house was lovely, had tons of natural light and wonderfully decorated. We loved walking the trail and going through the library. We stayed in mid-May & the weather was moody, thankfully there were fun puzzles and games to occupy those rainy portions of the day. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage. "The house is amazing. It was very clean and well cared for. Judy is the second to none best hostess I have ever dealt with. She provides everything imaginable to make your stay enjoyable. The view is really nice, and the house is set in a really quiet environment. We saw so many different kinds of birds and it was enjoyable to watch them in the screen in porch or an outside patio. We will be going back again next year"

"My partner and I spent a long weekend here and completely enjoyed ourselves. The house is serene and perfectly tidy. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch watching birds on the water. This property is also a great home base for exploring other interesting towns in the area: Boscobel, Viroqua, Spring Green, etc. We will definitely be back!"

"Old farm house with lots of character and charm, away from the hustle and bustle of city life! Communication with home owner was great and easy when i had questions or concerns. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the trails around the property were beautiful. I could see this being a great winter spot where snow shoeing, cross country skiing and winter hikes would be great! It was a fun getaway to unplug."

"Nicely appointed, 2 story, 2 bathroom, 3 bedroom home located on a dirt, wooded road. The property is in great condition and very clean. Everything you need is assessible. Washer dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, living area, dining table and chairs downstairs, with wet bar, large couch, large tv, and wine fridge upstairs. 20 minutes to Spring Green. Plenty of parking. Short drive to Mescoda for dinner and to House on the Rock golf!"
