"Very happy with Alpine Valley. It’s old but well kept up. Very clean, bed was great(a little hard for my short wife) but the bed was very comfortable. Our room could use a new light fixture in the bathroom as it was dim. We will stay there again and recommend it to friends."

"Beautiful lodge that sits at the top with a view of the mountain range. Rooms are nice and spacious. Shower was awesome. Beds on the firm side. Has outdoor sitting to enjoy a beautiful sunset! Dinner was a buffet with limited choices but was good to the taste. Breakfast was a buffet and somewhat pricey."

"We loved the location of the resort. It is important that we find places that are pet friendly and have places that allow getting out with your pet. We were very pleased with Dahlonega for this. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small with limited counter space but that is to be expected with old style rooms. We were there during the week and unfortunately unable to sample meals. A special thank you to Candace who happened by to open the gift shop so we could purchase wine before we left."
