"The hotel is good…. It needs a lot upgrades…. The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is an old hotel and it needs to be more modern and changed some of the areas…. For example replace the carpet in the room’s corridors for real floors…. The food was ok but not excepcional.. I think this is because it is an all inclusive with a lot of people! It is a little frustrating that the hotel doesn’t have beach and you have to pay for it daily. But we enjoy so much our time in Mallorca!"
