Convenient to airport.
This is a budget hotel close to the airport. Staff were great and helpfull. I was here overnight in between flights and sleep was essential for me. The room had noise all night from planes, trucks driving beside the hotel and guard dogs barking across the street. So, if you have a way of sleeping with noise its ok, otherwise avoid because they do not have rooms without noise, I asked.

Like many in Mumbai lacked a bar fridge, kettle, and hot shower water was only on at certain times. There was no room service or buffet breakfast as advertised. Overall the room was acceptable, however breakfast and tea/coffee was not an option

Functional hotel - Can be cleaner & more hygienic
The hotel is very conveniently located just on Western Express way near T1 domestic airport Mumbai. The staff is good and helpful. However, this seems a very old property and has not kept up with the time. Because of the condition of the old building, it does not give a feel of cleanliness. Especially the floor (carpeted in old fashion), mattresses, bed-sheets don't evoke a feel of a hygienic order. It might be OK for an overnight trip - if it comes at a good price. However if there are newer properties available in the area at a comparable price - I would suggest to check them out. Hotel does not have a restaurant. So while they offer breakfast, it comes from a restaurant next door. Quality of food is OK, not good. Does not offer many choices of food and may get delayed at times. TV- not a big collection of channels. So if you use your travel time watching TV, you might be disappointed. Wifi - is OK with a reasonable speed. However, not adequate for new age streaming etc. In summary, this may be an option if you wish to be in this location and can't find newer hotels at a comparable price. There are no issues with staff behaviors etc - so you are still fine if you need to stay here. However be prepared for a bare-basic experience in a busy city.

Charged us twice...!!! 11 yrs old child counted as ADULT!!! Please never share card details with this hotel they got full 16 digit, cvv, expiry.. Everything.. It puts your identity in risk... Never recommend..

Hotel location is not so great despite very close to domestic Airport. I arrived 4AM on 4th July and attempted to check in but I was told that the hotel reservation was for 4th & 5th and not for 3rd and 4th. I requested them to let me check in as I arrived after a long flight. I even offered upto 50% of the reserved room rate additional for let me check in but despite the fact that hotel was not full and room was available I could not check in till 1PM. I was told if I would have booked direct from their web site I may have got early check in . Staff was not courteous or helpful to guests. I never had this type of rude behaviour or trouble early or late check in at any hotel in USA or any where else.

Not too clean but convenient
First, the good: the hotel supplied an effortless ride to the airport at 3am. The not-so-good: noise--bathroom window didn't close and all-night road and construction site sound; cleanliness--embedded grime and some doubts about the sheets; and find ability -- close to airport but none of the taxi drivers at taxi park knew so needed Google map. I think other reviews overrated for the price.

The hotel is great if you want to stay near the airport because you have an early morning flight or arrive very late and do not want to contend with heavy traffic. I used it a number of times on my last trip since I had a number of early flights leaving from Mumbai. The room was basic but provided a firm bed and air conditioning and a clean private bathroom with shower. They provide bottled water but no refrigerator or tea or coffee maker. Some taxis were not familiar with its location and once they missed my wake up call but fortunately I had set the alarm on my phone and they provided a free car to the airport to make amends. I would stay there again since it is quite reasonable for a basic place only 15 minutes to the airport.

It was a great short stay at the hotel. Very centrally located. Very courteous staff. Didn't get free pick-up and drop, though. Overall, very happy and definitely recommended. Value for money

Stay at Hotel was ok for a night. The room was small but clean. The person at the reception was courteous enough to check in our rooms as we had arrived in the morning. It would have been nice if they had their own restaurant. As they get morning breakfast from outside. By the time it comes to the room your breakfast gets cold. Very limited options in the Bkfast menu.

It was ok... there was a free shuttle to the airport from the hotel but not from the airport to the hotel so it was expensive just to get there. the room had a pair of flip flops in it which was weird and the wifi doesn't work in the room. I paid a lot less for a nicer hotel elsewhere in India but fine if you don't really care and just want the location.

We were transit passengers taking an international flight. Very convenient to go to the airport. Hotel people were very helpful and courteous. The only problem we had was somebody smoking nearby. The hotel itself was non-smoking facility. But somebody was smoking in other rooms and the smoke persisted all through the night. Personally being an asthmatic, it was horrible to breathe. Other than this, the hotel was good in all respects

Nice hotel close to the domestic airport. Dealing over the phone with them was a bit problematic but the hotel overall was great for a one night stopover. No restaurant but there are plenty of eateries around and the staff is more than happy to place your order for a quick delivery.

Good hotel for Budget travelers
I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, staff was curtoues, neat and clean, its a budget hotel so can't expect anunuties of a 5 star hotel. Only issue was the neighbourhood. Was like a ricshaw/taxi stand where unemployed people kept hanging around. Inside the room furniture and wall paints could be better.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Aircraft International. They looked after me very well, the room was clean and cool in the heat. The hotel is situated in a really convenient place for getting around, and the reception staff were so helpful getting my transport arranged each day. I made full use of the complimentary pick up at the airport which was very reassuring as this was my first trip to India. If you need a safe, clean, and cheap accommodation in India I would highly recommend.

Good for a pit stop. Location is great!
This is all about location. Great distance from both airports (domestic and international). They include a shuttle despite being a low cost hotel. Staff are friendly but best thing is it does what it says on the tin. Clean bed and shower and nothing more. I ate in near by Orchid hotel. No complaints.

トランジットのために1晩利用しました。 国内線terminal1から徒歩10分くらいで着きました。 道中は多くの人が歩いているので安全でしたし、ホテル自身も入り口にはセキュリティがいました。 部屋には、エアコン、無料の水ペットボトルがありました。 WiFiはフロントでパスワードを教えてもらって、問題ないレベルで利用できました。 シャワーはしばらく待てば、ちゃんとお湯が出ました。 なお朝食は7:30からということで、私はそれより早く出発したので、利用していません。

Nous avons attendu presque 1h avant que quelqu'un vienne nous cherche à l'aéroport un homme très sympa les a appelé pour leur dir de venire nous cherche à l'arrivé a l'hôtel aucune excuse accueille sourire absent personnel pas très agréable au niveau de la chambre très moyenne petite chambre on se marche dessus pas de frigo dans la chambre la tele ne marche pas lâ douche basique dans les wc hôtel à côté de la route donc très bruyant on a eu du mal à dormir la nuit les prises ne marchait plus donc pour charger mon tel pour le réveil pas facile le lendemain matin nous devions prendre le petit dej lâ bas que j'avais payé avec la chambre mais quand on ai descendu Le matin on a dépossédé a l'aéroport sans petit dej il y a des avis sur cette hôtel qui me partait bizzar parce que j'y suis allé et cetais vraiment parce qui étais note l'hôtel est vraiment trop chère pour ce que c'est 55e pour aucun quasi pas de service rien le seule point positive c'est qu'il a 10 min de l'aéroport

Wir haben das Hotel natürlich wegen seiner Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht, nur für eine Nacht. So lange hält man es auch in weniger schönen Hotels aus (obwohl wir an und für sich ohnehin keine hohen Maßstäbe haben). Für den Preis kann man aber sehr wohl auch in Mumbai mehr erwarten! Das Hotel ist alt, schmuddelig und schlecht geputzt. Um aufs WC gehen zu können, muss man das Wasser des Wachbeckens abstellen, um duschen zu können, das des WCs usw. Wäre, wie gesagt, akzeptabel, aber für weniger Geld. Der kostenlose Pick up-Service vom Airport Domestic war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben wie per email vereinbart, nach Erhalt des Gepäcks angerufen. Es hieß: 5min. Nach weiteren 3 Anrufen (damit hätten wir 3 Tuktuks nehmen können) und 55min später stellte sich heraus, dass der Chauffeur an einem inoffiziellen Platz hinter den privcat PKWs gewartet hat, obwohl es an der Rezeption hieß "Hotel pick up point". Der Chauffeur hat uns dann auch noch angeschnauzt, weil er warten musste. Zum International Airport sind wir mit einem anderen Chauffeur vom Hotel gefahren, Das zumindest funktionierte reibungslos in 7min.

Dobry hotel 10 minut piechotą od lotniska.
Dobry hotel, jeśli priorytetowe znaczenie ma bliskość lotniska. Jeśli chcesz zwiedzać miasto, to poszukaj czegoś innego - za daleko od centrum miasta. Hotel jak na warunki indyjskie okazał się jednym z lepszych. Pokój czysty, suchy i w miarę komfortowy. W łazience ciepła woda. Uwaga na komary (nie otwierać okien). Można skorzystać z bezpłatnego dowozu na lotnisko.

空港からは近いが…。
24時間使えるのは良いが設備も全体的に古く、英語もいまいち通じず、Wi-Fiの調子も悪く飛んでいないためスタッフに訴えるもなかなか直らず。 今回のように空港に近いほうが便利という限定的な使用であれば仕方ないが、もうちょっとお金を出して、もうちょっといいところに泊まりたい。

Bra hotell nära flygplatsen
Perfekt beläget nära flygplatsen och pendeltåget. Passar bra när man är på språng och kanske bara ska stanna en eller två nätter i Mumbai. Jättepraktiskt med gratis skjuts till flygplatsen mitt i natten. Enda minuset var att vi aldrig fick vårar wake up Call. Så se till att ställa väckarklockan! Helt ok standard, man får de man betalar för.

空港ピックアップをお願いしたかったので ここを選んだが 空港に着いてスーツケースを受け取ったら 電話しろって・・ Wi-Fiないと電話できないため困った インドの空港はWi-Fiフリーでも 認証システムがありログインナンバーを受け取れない なのでインフォメーションへ行き バウチャーをもらうのだが時間がかかった 公衆電話あったがなぜか使えず(クレジットカードで支払える) 空港スタッフに電話してと頼んだが 断られ結局プリペイドタクシーで行った 場所は空港の近く ホテルはふつうの安宿 空港離発着の騒音はハンパない ただ夜中に着いて寝るだけならOKな感じ
