"Lovely hotel "

"We checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes, they did move us after telling us they upgraded us to a smaller room. Also, they did not tell us that their sports facility which included the kids pool was closed for renovation. I was very disappointed with the service. "

"Wir waren nur für 1 Übernachtung dort und haben deshalb nicht alle Angebote wahrnehmen können. Wir wurden im Nebengebäude untergebracht. Das fühlt sich schon ein wenig wie "abgeschoben"an. Auch hätte die Dame an der Rezeption erwähnen können, dass es dort oben auch einen separaten Parkplatz gibt und uns nicht Koffer und Taschen eine lange Treppe nach oben schleppen lassen.
