Everything was great. Hotel is big, clean, nice area around, close to the train station and the city center. Very friendly and welcoming staff at the front office, in the restaurants. Room is clean, spacios. The best SPA area. Amazing sauna, love the snow/ice bowl there to refresh after hot sauna. Lounge area is good, plus you can make tea, get some water. I would reccomend it for sure

The hotel construction is very stylish. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. It was a fine stay. New and comfortable rooms, nice bed. From the negatives: next to train way so there is noise until late night and from early morning, staff in the bar in the evening seemed to be overwhelmed and overworked despite only few customers - we had to wait at least 30 min just to get an order

Good hotel

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Zurich city centre, but it has a tren station, tram and bus station just 5mins by foot. The breakfast is delicious and with many sweet and savory options.

This hotel is right on Altstetten train station. It provides quick and easy access to Old town and the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, although on the tighter side was well designed to maximize space. It was clean and modern. The shower had good water pressure. I had a car rental. I decided to return it and use the train for access to different sites as it was cheaper and faster than keeping the car.
