"The property was well kept and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, not speaking German staff went out of his way to walk us down to the tram station to show us where to go what bus to take ect. We really enjoyed our stay"

"A good hotel which we used as a family as it was twenty mins from Phantasialand. Kids liked the pool, adults liked the sauna. All very clean and well presented. Would stay again."

The location is great just 3 min from HB station. Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen.
Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. I had a wonderful stay for 9 days and happy to come back at anytime. "

"I liked the location of the hotel. Most attractions can be reached on foot from the hotel. It’s right on the Rhine too, which was lovely to look out onto every day. Breakfast and the service was excellent. Great choice of continental or cooked breakfasts. Staff on reception were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
