"Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji."

"I booked this quadruple room as it faced Mt Fuji. Figured staying there would give me a better chance to see it! You could only see it from one bed however so that was a shame. The room was in the small size for 4 adults, but we did manage to put our 4 suitcases out the way and the toilet, sink snd shower are in separate areas which was handy. They have the most comfortable pyjamas! We also had our best meals nearby, ral local izakaya with great food. Easy train to Kawaguchiko which takes minutes. Recommend the traditional village on the green Seiko bus line (tourist bus)."
