Top Mountain States Hotel Reviews

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Truly one of my best Vegas hotel experiences. The hotel is clean, modern, luxurious and comfortable. Bars and restaurants are top notch. I was upgraded to a very nice suite upon checking in without saying a word. The room was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom amenities were top notch. All hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful."

MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

8/10 Good

"The location is great and the restaurants are plenty with good options. The hotel experience was a challenge. Check in kiosks make it easy but not really. We were in the North Tower which we couldn't find. We asked 3 different people who gave us the wrong directions. We went to every tower until we found the right one. The check out at the kiosks also did not work. Sometimes having a human help you would be nice, even if it costs more than the DIY system imposed on us. Our room was large with a view of a wall and driveway. The shower did not work correctly so we had stagnant water in the tub with every showering - not great. The bed was soft and the pillows were firm, so I had a sore neck and back when we left. Overall, I liked the casino and food options. But the hotel is uncomfortable and inconvenient. We won't stay here again."

Bellagio

10/10 Excellent

"BEAUTIFUL place in the heart of Vegas which made it super easy to get around considering you will be walking for DAAAYYYSSSS!!!!! Staff was OUTSTANDING! We did not rent a car but used taxis/ride shares which were easily accessible in a designated area. Loved the extra security of the elevators only accessible by a room card. A few “inconveniences “ were that you really needed a reservation to eat at the few restaurants at the resort or you would be waiting a while. The conservatory was not as large as it seemed advertised but still beautiful. Very crowded and hard to take photos because of that. Our rooms were cleaned daily with no issues. I booked this through Expedia not realizing that I would also be charged a $70 resort fee at the resort - so I was not expecting the extra charges on top of what I paid for the Expedia package."
