Budget Host in Mountain States

"Food options were limited. Ate at Phils steak house was okay not fabulous. Service excellent. Casino was older compared to Ceasers and the Venetian which was right across the street. Had an issue with the smoking as did not ventilate that well compared to other casinos as smoke really bothers me. For the money its worth it and location is good."

"Room, shops, staff were excellent. Was disappointed in having to pay to use the hot tub. "

"Rooms are attractive and well appointed except for the lack of a coffee pot. Can't recommend this hotel if you want to sleep before 2AM. Sound travels easily from room to room and our adjoining guests were extremely loud late nighters. Also, despite the red card warning guests of a $599 fine for smoking, the smell in our room of marijuana was overwhelming at times. Like most Las Vegas hotels, it's hard to leave the building without walking through the casino that was also smoke filled. On the bright side, it was significantly cheaper than hotels across the street. We'll opt to spend a few more dollars next time and go elsewhere. "

"Our room was lacking a coffee pot, refrigerator and grab bars in a very slippery walk in shower. There was a convenience gas station across the street for less expensive beverages. There were many small shops in the Excalibur if you felt like shopping and a dozen restaurants that would empty your wallet."
