"The room felt warm and cosy. The heated towel rails also added a really beautiful and luxurious feel. The amount of bodywash offered was insufficient for two people, though fortunately we bought some of our own. Also, the car parks were too narrow and we had to move our car so that we could get our stuff out without banging our doors into other people's cars."
