"This hotel was great. The location is just out of town which suited us perfectly, but is still well serviced with a retail and restaurant park within a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly and the rooms were fantastically clean and well supplied. We only stayed one night but the king room we had, had a very well equipped kitchen more than adequate for a longer stay and cooking for yourself. The breakfast was lovely"

"Beautiful place right on the Yampa River. In town and close to the hot springs. Breakfast could be better. I would recommend this place."

"This was the cleanest motel I've stayed in. I loved that it came with a mini fridge and microwave, but there were no dishes whatsoever. If you've got a microwave, you need at least a set of silverware, plates and mugs. Also, there was no hair dryer. We were surprised and disappointed by the lack of these items. But otherwise appreciated the ammenities provided (nice big tv). We didn't know that we were supposed to call to arrange check-in and get a door code for self check-in, but there is no check-in for this motel. We eventually got ahold of an employee who helped us get in. "
