We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "札幌駅やすすきの周辺まで、市電、地下鉄、バスと様々な公共交通機関で行くことができ、コンビニも近くにありました。悪くない立地です。
掲載されているとても清潔で美しい写真とは実際が異なり、家具やクッションなどがくたびれて、清潔感に欠けていました。
掃除されていない訳ではないと思いますが、洗面所の排水口がつまって水が溜まってしまったり、空気清浄機のフィルターがホコリまみれでした。
スリッパが使い捨てではなく布製のもので、衛生面が気になり、使えませんでした。
メッセージのやり取りですぐ返事がくるはよかったです。"

"Don’t stay here. This place looks nice in the pictures but is full of black mold. I have pictures but it won’t let me upload them. The sheets and comforters were dirty and we found medicine packets on the floor and fake eyelashes in the bed. Also, pee stains all over the matress. I asked to leave when we first walked in and the owner said absolutely not. No refunds! "
