The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. "Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location. "
