The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

The room was clean & stylish, and my kiddos loved the bunk beds. Although the separate queen bed was very firm, it was still comfy enough. The front desk employees were helpful and accommodating. Also, I love this location. It’s close to bars, restaurants, the ferry, subway, etc… everything we needed.
