"Essa foi uma hospedagem bem decepcionante. O apartamento estava limpo mas sem conforto. Nas fotos parecia incrível. Tudo muito velho na propriedade também. Os lençóis da cama muito ruins, não tinha lençol de elástico, travesseiros péssimos. Porta da varanda sem cortina blackout, então o quarto fica muito claro. 8:00 am eles já estão fazendo manutenção no condomínio, então não é muito legal. O apartamento fica muito gelado no inverno e não dá para aquecer."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and completely at home. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, full of old-world charm, character and elegance. If you prefer sleek, modern hotels, this may not be for you. But if, like me, you appreciate stepping back in time, with creaky wooden floors, beautiful antique furnishings and exquisite crockery at breakfast, you will absolutely fall in love with this place. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the service. Every single member of staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, was wonderful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality made my stay so special. There is something incredibly charming about a hotel that feels more like a beautiful home than somewhere you are simply staying. I absolutely loved every moment of my stay and would return in a heartbeat. A truly special place with equally special people. Thank you for making my time in Florianópolis so memorable!"
