Don Zepe Hotel is simple but very practical hotel to stay in Florianopolis. It is located at the heart of Lagos da Conceicao and it is close to the main bars and restaurants in this area. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. So, I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Florianopolis.

Ótima localização, com restaurantes e Lagoa próximos. Internet oscila entre boa e lenta. Café bom, consistente. Estacionamento rotativo na frente com poucas vagas (acho que 6) mas conseguimos estacionar - se estiverem lotadas para na rua. Equipe simpática e prestativa.

Hotel simples mas limpinho é muito bem localizado. Um pouquinho de barulho da rua mesmo com as janelas antiruidos pq o quarto era de frente para a rua movimentada na noite de sábado. Mesmo assim gostamos da estadia!
