"The room was spacious and clean, air conditioning quiet, staff were nice, and wifi acceptable. The only complaint is there isn’t much parking, there was broken glass behind our car in the morning that we moved so it didnt flatten the tire, and front desk didn’t have change for the laundry so we went to a laundry mat. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We needed somewhere easy to stay after our Hobbiton tour and this ended up being an amazing spot. Our room had a lovely balcony with a tree view. The hotel feels brand new and is very well managed. I wish I had gotten her name, but the manager was so helpful and when she heard we were heading north took the time to show us how to pre-pay the toll (which we didn’t even know existed) online. The included breakfast was also great. We would book here again just for the hotel/staff experience. "
