Everything was neat, tidy, and clean. Not far from Hobbiton (our main destination for the area,) and the treats and utilities left to use were a delight. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

We had great communication from our hostess. The bed was really comfortable and had a restful nights sleep between activities. Very cozy too so it was a surprise to wake to be in amongst the fog!

Accommodation for a couple of paddlers in the Waka Ama NZ National Championships

Ideal, quiet, closely located property to call "home" for a few days that required focus and preparation for waka ama racing at Lake Karpiro. Wonderful hosts on site who made sure we were comfortable. We hope to return to this well located accommodation for future waka ama events.

It was lovely. The owners responded really quickly to any questions sent to them. The bed was really comfortable. It was great being able to park outside so we didn't need to lug all our luggage to our room. The tea and coffee choices were amazing and they even left us brownies, which were delicious. Will definitely come again.

Awesome hosts, a wonderful rural setting.Freshly made cake on arrival. Assorted teas, coffees, milk, water and alcohol, also cereal provided. There was no need for a cooktop as the microwave and toaster was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable, the room large and inviting, chocolate waiting there. A perfect bathroom. Wonderful

This was my first New Zealand stay and I spent four nights at Rochelle's lovely VRBO. After a long overseas journey I was greeted with chocolates and teas and coffee. It was comfortable cozy and quiet. The setting was stunning. Very convenient to Cambridge,yet out of the city and private. Rochelle was a great communicator. If I am ever inthe area again I would certainly stay there. Totally recommend.

Lovely comfortable and cosy room, beautifully clean. Rochelle the owner was lovely, good communication and very helpful. No kitchen but the little room with fridge, microwave etc was adequate, just no dish washing sink, but they offer putting dishes at door and replacing.

Cosy rural spot

This is the second time I have stayed at this lovely cosy little B&B, beautifully clean and tidy. Very quiet and peaceful area, and so accessible to Lake Karapiro and Cambrigde areas. The only tiny comment is there were very limited utensils, plenty to eat with but no can opener and sharp knife to cut with. And as much as I could have asked the host for them, I didn't feel I should at 6am when I needed them and realised they were not there.

Rochelle was very lovely and welcoming but also left me to my privacy. Communication was good, I received instructions on how to get to the accommodation in advance. The room was lovely and clean; it had so many options for breakfast which was great and also some lovely treats. I would recommend staying here and would stay again next time I am in Cambridge.
