"Hosts did not respond to any of my questions. Instead my inbox was spammed with multiple emails with different links for payment. I replied to each email asking questions, still no reply. I had to involve VRBO to ask if this a scam and they had to verify that the company was legit. VRBO then contacted them and then they started responding to my questions. The websites were still confusing and I still got a lot of spam.
