Casa cerca del centro de Morelia

Duplex house with three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two single beds and one double with mattresses and bedding. It has stationary gas, hot water, electricity, water to drink. Kitchen equipped with sink, stove, refrigerator, and some basic utensils. It has dining room and room for four people.

A typical neighborhood of Morelia. Single house, not shared. Newly remodeled.

Guest access
There is entry autonomy; It is not shared. In the colony there are many food services of all kinds and frequent and accessible transportation. The city center -the most touristic part of it- is only 4.2km (10 minutes by bike or 35 minutes by foot), the time by public transport or by car depends on traffic, and can be from 5 minutes to 40 minutes ).

The house has an assigned parking space in the collective parking lot of the colony.

Please read carefully and accept the description and rules of the house BEFORE you book. The vast majority of the guests have had a pleasant stay here, and it will be even better if the one who reserves has previous certainty of what is offered and knowledge of the rules of the house, avoiding misunderstandings.

Hay autonomía de entrada; no es compartida. En la colonia hay muchos servicios de alimentos de todo tipo y transporte frecuente y accesible. El centro de la ciudad -la parte más turística de la misma- está a sólo 4.2km (10 minutos en bicicleta o 35 minutos caminando; el tiempo en transporte público o en automóvil depende del tráfico, y puede ser desde 5 minutos hasta 40 minutos).

La tarifa establecida NO incluye un servicio periódico de limpieza ni de resurtido de insumos; el encargado de la casa no regresará a ella hasta el final de su estancia. Tampoco hay servicio de concierge; si nos contacta procuraremos atenderle pronto, pero NO nos es exigible una respuesta inmediata. Nuevamente hacemos hincapié en que usted NO está pagando por un servicio de hotel.
