"A friend recommended this charming hotel and it totally lived up to her description. Great location, great breakfast and excellent staff. A very comfortable vibe complete with a new puppy and a private concert in the courtyard. We were able to make easy arrangements for drivers to explore the many villages along the Lake Patzcuaro shore and airport transport. Again, kudos to all the staff and owners for the attention to detail you provided to guests."

"Overall wonderful stay, would stay here again. The two main negatives were how loud it was both nights we stayed there, until 2:30am. I feel that there should be “quiet hours” enforced since a hotel is for resting and sleeping. The other negative was some very cold, unwelcoming servers in the restaurant but we did have one really wonderful server that was so appreciated. "
