It’s situated in a perfect location (within walking distance to the plazas, shops, restaurants and Santuario) the hotel is beautiful and rooms are pretty quiet as the hotel is situated in a bz street. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The people there were very nice, even though communication was a challenge as they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Spanish. No aor conditioning, so the room was warm. The mattress was very hard. The pillows were also hard, but they did find us softer ones after our first night. Very hospitable. But… the hot water was pretty non existent. Very challenging stay!"

"The hotel was close to both main plazas. The rooms were large and stocked with everything you need. It was convenient to have breakfast provided each day. The best part was the staff. They were extremely helpful. We were able to have our laundry done for us right there in the hotel. Also, if you are looking for tours in the area, contact the hotel ahead of time. They provided us with contact information for some great guides! We were picked up at the hotel and had a private tour...
