"My only complaint is that in 2 different days we requested a taxi for a certain time because of reservations for dinner the first and for a show on the second and in both ocasions the hotel failed to request the taxi for us"

"Love everything about the hotel. Close to the Larcomar mall, and many restaurants nearby. It is situated in Miraflores, a high end community in Lima so the surrounding area is also very nice. Will definitely come back and book this hotel!"

"Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a very good selection, especially with our Hilton Honors Gold membership. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few issues. Complimentary drinking water was only provided on the first day, and after that we had to purchase it from the hotel shop. Also, the front desk forgot to return our passports after check-in and kept them until we called the next day, which was concerning. The AC also did not work properly at night, and the room temperature reached 78°F. Maintenance came and fixed it, but the same issue happened again the following night. We eventually had to look up how to reset the AC ourselves to get the room cool again. Overall, a good hotel with an excellent location, but these service and maintenance issues could be improved."

"Great location above the Pacific, our room and view was exceptional. It was easy to uber around and lots of restaurants close by. The mall across the street is a great shopping experience. Hopefully the cable car to the beach begins operating soon as it would add one more reason to stay."

"Excellent location, plenty of varied good and nice restaurants around. Rooms are very spacious, mine had a separate living room area, bathroom big and spacious too, all very comfortable, cleaned and well maintained. Staff always ready to help and breakfast was of nice quality"
