"The host was very responsive and flexible with all of our flight change snafews. The beds were extremely soft/comfortable as well. The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. Great location with tons of things to do and see nearby."

"We really enjoyed this place. We are a family of 6 and it worked out perfectly for us. Nice park within walking distance with great restaurants. The beach is literally a few blocks away. The place was in good condition, quiet and in a nice area. "

"A rather average stay but that is reflected in the price. No complaints about the hotel itself. Absolutely no possibility for early check in, not even 10 minutes early… so don’t come with that expectation. AC worked great, beds were comfortable and shower was warm and had great pressure. Room was a bit small and you really couldn’t lay out luggage but the closet space was significant if you had a longer stay to hang items. In-room safe provided. Construction next door was a bit loud but they shut off at 5pm. 10 min walk to ocean, lots of restaurants and supermarket. Next door to several currency exchanges. Very safe area for a female solo traveler. Locked baggage storage for no fee in their parking area. Bar and restaurant on property. No microwave or fridge in room but bar staff was happy to provide cups of ice for me. A great hotel to sleep and refresh in for a quick stay. "

"Certainly stood up to its award. The Crowne Plaza was clean, friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast AMAZING good service and selection. We staid two nights and explored miraflores the old town. Would highly recommend for short stays. The swimming pool however small and jacuzzi was closed due to maintenance. Good gym facilities basic but modern. "
