"The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was that there were holes in the fabric of the couch….ouch…..the rest of the room was ok. It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff & in a good area close to Prahran. The thing that really annoyed me was when I made another booking & made a mistake with the dates…. The hotel refused to give me a refund for a cancelled booking even though I had made another booking for a week later…. This is unacceptable to me…so “hasta la vista baby” to this hotel after this!"

"Although there was all that you needed at this hotel I missed not having a microwave. Cafe down stairs and restaurant available which was convenient. The restaurant food was delicious...hot, fresh and tasty, 10/10 to the chiefs. I would definitely say again."

"All rooms were well presented, beds were comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. I was easily able to extend my stay but needed to change rooms however the staff were more than happy to take my luggage to our new room. Over the course of 5 days I stayed in 3 rooms and felt all shower bases needed a good old fashion scrub to clean the grout as mould was present in all 3 showers. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. "
