The front of house staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and did not seem happy with their jobs. All became clear on checkout when I asked the new lady on reception who was the Manager. Le Square Phillips Hotel And Suites
Great location within walking of restaurants and sites. We loved our super big room with 2 washrooms- totally worth the extra fees. Staff were friendly. Continental Breakfast was basic but there was a lot of it and it was fresh.
