​Great value and very accessible—just know what to expect! We had a good stay here and found it to be very reasonably priced for the area. The location is excellent for those who don't mind using public transit; there are bus stops very close by which made getting around easy. ​It is important to note that this isn't a full-service hotel. There is no one on-site, but the communication was impressive. We had an issue with our bed, and even though there wasn't a physical concierge, the agent responded via message almost immediately. When the problem couldn’t be fixed the same day, they were quick to offer several solutions to make it right.

C'est un bel appartement que nous recommanderions facilement. C'était grand, propre et confortable pour 2 personnes. Il y avait de la vaisselle pour cuire de la nourriture. L'espace de travail est un peu en retrait, ce qui est vraiment super pour se concentrer. Avec la période estivale, le climatiseur doit être ouvert, ce qui est un peu bruillant mais ils fournissent des bouchons (très belle attention!). Nous aurions aimé savoir que plusieurs rues fermaient la journée de notre arrivée pour faciliter la recherche d'un stationnement et pour le transport de nos bagages. J'avais pris la peine de vérifier s'il y avait du stationnement autour avant de réserver. Nous aurions aussi apprécié que ce soit plus clair sur la façon de débarrer le cadena. Ils ont été très réactif lors de l'appel pour nous aider. Nous sommes sortis et plus tard, une autre personne arrivait et tentait de l'ouvrir de la même façon que nous (Il faut tourner le bouton du haut, et ne pas toucher au bouton du bas qui sert à barrer.) Nous avons pu l'aider, mais je crois que ça pourrait être indiquer pour une expérience encore plus simple. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour (ex: bain, bas de porte) pour être au même niveau que le reste de l'appartement mais au final, c'était bien. 😊
