1. Check-In/Check-Out
ā° Check-In: Starts at 4:00 PM. Please note that early check-in is not available.
šŖ Check-Out: Strictly by 11:00 AM. A $100 fee applies for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your help keeping our schedule on track.
š§³ Luggage Storage: We are unable to accommodate early drop-offs or post-checkout storage on-site. If you need flexibility, we recommend using a nearby service like Bounce or Nannybag to safely store your bags.
2. No Smoking Indoors š
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
3. Pet Policy š¾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Letās respect our neighbors.

Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

13. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety šØ
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
