I recently stayed at the Grand NDG and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made our stay very pleasant. What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the team. After we checked out, we realized that we had accidentally left our AirPods behind. When we contacted the staff, they were incredibly cooperative, polite, and understanding. They safely kept the AirPods for us, and when we returned two days later to pick them up, everything was exactly as we had left it. Their honesty and helpful attitude really saved us a lot of stress. It’s rare to see such thoughtful service, and we truly appreciate the team going out of their way to help us. Thank you to the staff at Grand NDG for their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.
