Other Things to Note:
This apartment is in a classic older building, typical of Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood — which is what makes it so appealing . The windows are traditional guillotine style, and the floors have natural variations that add to the building’s charm. The unit is well-maintained and professionally cleaned, with effective heating and added window insulation during colder months to keep you comfortable. There is the potential for street noise, like traffic and passersby.
Group Stays: We manage all the units in this building and can host up to 35 guests across 5 apartments on 2 floors. If you’re travelling with a large group, reach out for a personalized offer.
Parking: You can’t park on main avenues like Mont-Royal, and most side streets are for permit holders only. You can buy a permit for $8 per 24 hours by entering the code PMR02 at any parking kiosk. Spacious, well appointed, and in a great neighbourhood. A perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Montréal!
The hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive!
The location is fantastic and the apartment is very spacious. Would highly recommend for remote workers who can do weekdays + weekends in montreal :)
Conveniently located in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. The property was clean and checked in was easily done online. We had a lovely Christmas visit.

The location is excellent, and it was quieter at night than I expected. Parking is a hassle, but that’s understandable given it’s situated in a bustling part of the city. The only drawback is that there’s an odd smell when the heater is on, which could be improved. Overall, our whole family really enjoyed staying here.
This was a perfect location for our family of six. We had enough space to spread out and loved the location. Never had any trouble finding street parking and easily figured out the permit. Took full advantage of the washer and dyer right outside the door.
Family weekend visit to the city. This property is as advertised....great location for local activities and central to whole city.
Apt is functional, set up for a lot of visitors, but focused on sleeping space. Clean and complete. Check in uneventful.
good location rooms were clean, the neighborhood was convenient for restaurants, and parking always available to us on the street, The only negative was that I knew it was on the third floor but didn't know it was one long set of steps (35 steps) to the floor we stayed on...lol I'm glad I have been doing cardio at the gym to be able to do the steps
Our stay was comfortable enough, although the separate room was very small and cramped! The collection of dishes was random, but we managed. The best thing about this place was the location! That made up for any inconvenience due to not having a dish we needed or the cramped separate room. We had a great time!
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was so convenient - lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Apartment was well appointed with the necessities. Only complaints - towels and shower curtain were pretty worn, no lamps/side tables in bedrooms, balcony covered with pigeon droppings and obviously not cleaned making it unusable. Apartment was very large and comfortable. Really good communication from Pablo. Would highly recommend.

Check-in process more complicated than most VRBOs. Ad says parking available, so we were suprised to find out we needed to pay to park on the street. Rental location however was great and unit amenities were very good for our family of 5 vacation. Cleanliness was average.
I'd originally booked at a different apartment in this complex with a balcony, but was contacted by the owner on the day of arrival that there were maintenance issues and we were offered this unit instead.
It was just as described. Check-in was straightforward and I appreciated that they sent photos of the unit and entrance access codes. Unit was clean and cooled with a/c when arriving. Owner was quick to answer questions.
Loved that it was dog-friendly! The units were very quiet and in a great city location.
Ten members of my family stayed here for 6 days. It is located in a very walkable area of Montreal. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to a grocery store. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There are pots and pans as well. There's chairs and tables as well as bar stools allowing 8 to eat at a time. There's a washing machine and dryer right in the hallway. There's parking scattered around the city. It's just hit or miss if you'll find a free spot or a spot that you have to pay a few dollars a day to use. This was a convenient place for my family to stay and enjoy Montreal. It was also pet friendly.
What a great place to stay! The location is everything-- it was so much fun to walk blocks and blocks of the pedestrian avenue. Even on a weekday night there were plenty of people and families out enjoying the evening, including street musicians. Our family loved it. We had coffee from the cafe below us, and a couple blocks away is a fantastic Montreal bagel place-- St. Viateur. Don't miss it. We also loved being close to so many food options... one we saw mentioned by locals repeatedly online was Ma Poule Mouillee (a chicken and poutine restaurant). It's in easy walking distance and the long line of people waiting to order was evidence enough of how yummy it was. SoLIT cafe, downtown, was also a huge hit (thanks, NYT). The big feature of the apartment is the location, but it was also pleasant inside. We loved coffee on the balcony each morning, and caught a gorgeous sunset there one evening. The kitchen and dining areas are a nice feature. The bathroom is updated (but could use new lights over the vanity) and the bedrooms were cozy and clean. Our family of six was very comfortable here. Favorite activities were Old Montreal, the botanical garden (with a walk-through of the Olympics area), a tour of the Notre Dame cathedral, and a hike up Mount Royal. We had such a pleasant time in Montreal-- public transport was easy and clean (we got the one-day unlimited use pass and it was perfect), the city was very walkable, everyone was friendly and helpful, and we'd visit again!
We stayed here as a group of 9 and were very comfortable. This is a fantastic location! The streets are closed to vehicle traffic, so it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere. The hosts were wonderful as well. Very communicative!
Perfect location. Short walk to metro. Fun location to experience Montreal not just the tourist trap locations. Felt safe and everyone was friendly. Owner very responsive.
Great space for a family of 5 adults! The neighborhood is excellent - so much to do and close to Metro. There are many steep stairs to climb so I would not suggest this spot for folks with mobility issues. But it was perfect for us!
Great location in an area with plenty of restaurants and shops on a pedestrian only street. There is a nice photo of the balcony in the listing but it looked unsafe to stand on. Plenty of beds maybe too many. My wife and I slept in a room with two large (queen size?) beds and a third smaller one. There were no nightstands, lamps, desks, or chairs in any or the bedrooms. Two or the bedrooms did not have air conditioning. The hall air conditioner spit out ice in the middle of one night. My son changed the filthy filter in the air conditioner in the front room. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off. There is no elevator and the stairway is very narrow and very steep. There is a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker which was very convenient. Also, there is a dining table that seats six, which is where we congregated most of the time. All in all, despite the inconveniences, this was an enjoyable stay for our famliy of six adults and one three year old. I only point out the shortcomings in the hope that the host will make a few changes to make it a five star stay.
