The place is well situated, security is also god but the beds are very uncomfortable they are so hard it’s like sleeping on concrete, and it always smells cigarette smoke in the condo but most in the master bedroom, maybe it’s the condo upstairs? Responses and management are very good.

We really enjoyed our ladies trip stay at this property. We booked the Presidential suite which had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for kids or petite adult. The house was furnished with tea and coffee and all the things you needed if you wanted to cook. They also supplied bathroom shower essentials. It was easy to find and right outside the Chinatown gate sign. We walked right outside to look for food, the options are endless. Check in was straight forward and high-tech. Parking was also available right beside the property although a bit pricey at $33 overnight but downtown Montreal is always like that. This will become our go to spot for our next ladies weekend trip in Montreal. Highly recommend this place.

Very fresh and clean and modern. There were 3 of us and it was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms. Property is in Chinatown and it was interesting to partake of that culture. Metro near by. The staff worked with us to extend our stay by one day. There IS an elevator, although the written description says there is not.

Hotel does not have a front desk and advises they will send an online registration and check-in information within 48 hours of check-in time. I called 2 days in advance to confirm that the registration link and instructions would be sent and was assured that it would be. On the day of arrival, I still did not have any registration or check-in information and called once again at 1:00pm (3 hours before check-in time) to ask for the information, and they again assured me it would be sent before check-in time. I arrived at 3:45pm (15min before check-in time), and no instructions had been sent. I called 3 times and no answer. I received automated texts that I responded to with all my booking and reservation information, and was told "We're looking into this for you" with no resolution. I was with my family on a hot afternoon, my daughter suffers from asthma, and we did not have any water while waiting. Both my partner and I called over 10 times with no answer. Finally the hotel sent the information OVER an hour past check-in time, which made us late to the event we were travelling for in the first place. Completely irresponsible communication and unacceptable especially for a hotel without a front desk or in-person check-in. Unfortunately we did not have any other hotel options as we paid with points and did not have any left over to switch hotels last minute. We will NOT be returning and are very disappointed with the lack of refund or compensation offers.

Super conveniently located. Clean. Only 3 stars just because it’s a bit bland for my tastes, the decor a bit incoherent. The coffeemaker didn’t work. We requested another and were told it would be brought but never arrived. Anyway, no big deal, just not a particularly special place.
