The lobby was welcoming and smelled great. The 2 receptionists who we talked to morning and evening were very competent. The room that we had was large and comfortable. No noise from the street. Parking was easy ... just a bit confusing getting into the parking lot. The entrance is shared by another hotel. Breakfast was good but could have been more diverse. We stayed 5 nights and breakfast was the same everyday with a small variation of meat (with the eggs) on Sunday. Location was great too. The restaurant was not open in the evening but the person at the bar had suggestions for us around the hotel.

The facility was clean and welcoming. We loved the area. The breakfast crew were amazing. In particular the lady who helps with weekend breakfasts, she was friendly, and extremely helpful in terms of helping us find alternate activities to do nearby while we waited for the rain to clear. We'd go back and stay here in a heartbeat! Excellent location, with easy access to other places in MTL.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. The gym had everything I needed for a good workout, which was a nice bonus. The location is excellent—close to everything in Laval and only about 20 minutes from downtown Montreal, making it easy to explore both areas. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Laval.

Everything ran as it should and the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were excellent and so nice. Everything was very clean. The bed itself was a bit of a stone tablet but the soft pillows made it bearable. The location was unbeatable as well. I do wish the hotel had more options for room service and restaurant onsite but the value for this great stay was worth it.
