This was the perfect venue for our small wedding. Spacious and wonderful view of the Water and Mountain. There is no parking on the street but was able to fit 8 cars on site; and available parking around the corner. Was spacious enough for a group of 35. We left the place a little cleaner than we found it. Only negative is the toilets upstairs are not usable

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house has a view, but the interior is rather dilapidated,
showers didn't have soap, shampoo, body wash. Needed to contact host to go into stock room to get it. Trash bins were full from prior guests, looks like it hasn't been emptied in a long time. general cleaning was lacking or never done. From a distance it looks good, but not a recommend for a special event. You can't even turn the lights down to hide all the disappointments. NO DIMMERS!!!! all different degrees led fixtures from stark hospital white, to warm white. grounds were not taken care of - no grass cutting for over a month. bedrooms were hot and almost unbearable to sleep in. Host did have fans in rooms, but come on......... If you were able to manage to open an old window, you couldn't easily close it.
