-This is my home and every attention to detail is there to make you feel right and home and super cozy to cuddle up on the couch with a cup of tea after enjoying the beautiful outdoors across the street.
-Located near promenade WELLINGTON considered by Time out magazine as the world's coolest streets with all its cafes, restos and shops.
-Cozy living room with comfy couch with Netflix and electric fireplace
-Primary bedroom has it's own on-suite bathroom
-2 bedrooms with desks and chairs, perfect for digital nomads
-Gorgeous kitchen perfect for a chef fully equipped with dishwasher
-Dining room with so much natural light pouring in and sunset views in the winter months
-2 outdoor parking spots, easy downtown access with bus across the street
-Fully furnished/equipped home on second floor (top floor) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (1 full + 1 half).
-Centrally located in one of Montreal's most desirable neighbourhoods of Verdun. Completely renovated, and quiet location, across from the St-Lawrence river, with its kilometres of trails along the water and bike paths.
-River and Sunrise views.
