Great apartment in a fantastic neighborhood

Lovely apartment in a great part of old Montreal. So much food to choose from minutes from the door steps. Management were great and very responsive to questions. Can't wait to go back.

We Loved It!

We wanted to see more of our own country and decided to see Montreal. Our week flew by and we enjoyed great food, and wonderful surroundings. The suite we booked through Vrbo was perfect as we were close to everything and did not need to rent a car. It was clean and well appointed, though the kitchen lacked a couple of things. All in all a great stay!

The place was beautiful and in an amazing location. Unfortunately there was a sulfur smell in the elevator that carried over into the room. I was unsure if it was safe to stay in the apartment.

Unbelievable location! Great stay!

So convenient. So easy to check in and out. Great air conditioning during 33 outdoor temp with humidity making it 44!!! We slept like babies.

Wonderful spot

This unit is in a fabuloius area. Very convenient to many places in Old Montreal. The parking was an added bonus. We would definitely rebook this place.

The location was excellent—could not have been better. However, the apartment is a little beaten up and the elevator smelled awful. To qualify as a “luxury” rental, the host needs to upgrade the accommodations a bit. For example, paint, repair broken items, provide extra towels, add a shelf in the shower, put pillow covers on bed pillows, have bar soap for shower, replace stained window shade, provide coffee filters, etc… little things really to spruce it up. Otherwise, it was comfortable and convenient. A nice size. The communication was very good, as well. Nomade was responsive and helpful throughout. I would work with them again.

It was a very cute apartment in the heart of Old Montreal. Looking out the windows at the neighboring rooftops reminded me of Paris. The property was newly renovated with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great. There was also an elevator to get us up to the 5th floor with luggage etc. Overall we loved the place. My only cons, would be that the futon was not comfortable at all, but the upstairs double bed was great. Also there was only one sheet for the futon, so you couldn't have both a top and bottom sheet. The pros far outweigh the couple little cons.
