"They had problems with their system and still going on. very difficult check in process. they lost the booking. booked again. charged. then during check out they insisted that they couldn't provide an invoice although we paid directly to the hotel. Front desk person insisted that we didn't know the process. After contacting Expedia, Expedia also confirmed that hotel has to send invoice. their supervisor also confirmed but still no invoice. they keep sending wrong check out information. too much waste of time.
Rooms were not very clean and house keeping was not good. "
