Everything was good. Room and washroom are very clean. Breakfast good. We tried another hotel with similar reviews but Hôtel WelcomINNS is much better!!! Little details makes a big difference. Things that make you feel like you at home For example: normal cutlery and crockery (not disposable tableware), or enough tv channels to watch some movie (not only 15 politics/news or 7 weather and 3 sorts channels …)

Stayed here with family during our visit to Montréal. The hotel is outside of the city but served our purposes tremendously. We were very pleased with the included parking, excellent breakfast and pool facilities. Also, our room was cleaned daily. There is no safe in the room and we had to switch rooms as the mini fridge didn't work in first room but overall we were very pleased.

Excellent hotel with great breakfast, cleanliness and staff service. I went with my family for a couple of nights and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I loved that the room had another door with quick access to parking lot.

It was a great stay. We liked pretty much everything. The only inconvenience was that the a/c wasn’t working and it was too hot in the room.

The rooms were clean and the pool was clean. The hot tub was left without a proper level of water so stopped working and was sucking air the second day of our stay and no one dealt with it. The continental breakfast was less than stellar but the dishes were clean.

It was clean. Loved the pool area. The beds weren’t that good and the breakfast was awful. Very small selection of food and it was cold.

Elevator not working! Bed had long hairs, when I called desk they barely spoke English and was telling me to wait the next day to fix the door. No non dairy milk

Pool was closed for renovation and this was not disclosed at booking (but the elevator being serviced was). Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the room was too warm even though the heat was turned off. The front desk was very helpful navigating transportation. Would have stayed in the city if we had known the pool was closed.
