Staff were very helpful. Rooms were really comfortable and well kept.
Would definitely stay again - the only negative was hearing footsteps and conversations of some of the other guests, but this was short lived and out of the control of hotel.

Fabulous place to stay. Close to the bay and old city. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Well set out. Would have been nice to know about how to access the lift to the lobby prior to check in.

Definitely a great place to stay in Montreal. Location is perfect, near shops, the old town and easy walk to Mount Royal. Most importantly, all staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was exceptional. Clean, well appointed and it was great to have a kitchen. The rooftop terrace has amazing views, a perfect end to a busy day sightseeing.
