We loved the Fairmont QE - There were so many wonderful activities in the hotel. Roselys is a fantastic restaurant. Krema is perfect for morning coffee, and the Fairmont Gold lounge is such a great treat! We will definitely stay here again. All staff, especially the concierge, were excellent and super helpful!

Upon check in to our room, the bedsheets were full of hair and did not look like sheets were changed. The TV was not working, we couldn’t connect an apple or android device even though we spent an hour following instructions. Front desk was not helpful, they said they will be sending a tech guy to resolve the issue but a plumber was sent instead to do the job of a tech guy. Issue still not resolved. All in all our stay was okay, nothing fancy. The mattress is very comfortable and the buffet food was good.
