Iverall a very good experience. The appartement is nice my furnished, great communication, clear instructions and central location. Some things could be improved such as appliances in the kitchen (there were no knives) and cleanlineds of towels (one was stained).

This properly is located in a great area that’s accessible to a lot of tourist destinations. We were able to walk to most places we travelled and the location had a bus stop nearby as well. There’s a gas station right across the street and we were able to walk around to find the cutest cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a great place to be if you’re adventurous and want to tour the city all day long.

Great place to stay for a family of 4. The beds were decently comfortable and downtown & old montreal were about 20-30 minutes away on foot. Having the laundry machine and parking behind the property was also nice. And the host was super helpful throughout the stay. I only wish that the supply area was a bit cleaner and more convenient since its in the stairwell.

The apartments were pretty nice and at a good location. Food, grocery store, transit was all walkable. There is no elevator, some stuff could be cleaner. The host was responsive. We had no major issues during our stay.

Great location, a 10 mins to the Bell Centre, 20mins to St Catherine Street. Coffee shop across the street along with A&W. Building is referbished apartments. Stayed in apt one on the first floor, the occupant directly above was extreamly noisy at all hours of the day. Great value for money, with a full kitchen which was extreamly handy for a 5 day stay. Free use of laundry machine which was a nice touch. We would stay here again

Booked it for a girls weekend trip, spent a total of 5 nights. This is a good location for walking distance to the bell center, restaurants and pubs. If you needed to go somewhere, Ubers are really fast around that area. I did email the manager on Sunday asking for more toilet paper but never got a reply, so i would pack extra :) also no hand towels or dish towels, but they do have a dishwasher in the unit, just felt bad to put a couple of the dishes in there when we could of just washed them. I would stay here again..

Comfortable apartment.

The apartment is about 2 kilometres walking to the Old Montreal part of town. Comfortable apartment but it would be helpful to have a user guide for guests to control heating. No spare towels provided just 2 for three nights! Comfy bed but noisy frame. Great to have use of laundry facilities and more space than a hotel room.

Super clean apartment and great location

We had a great time at the apartment. I appreciated the electronic entry to building and to the unit; this avoided the possibility of a lost key. The apartment was super clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for the two of us. One issue it the only AC unit is in the living room, so rooms got warm with the higher than normal temperatures there. Also oddly heat was coming out of the baseboard units in the bedrooms at time. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the building's proximity to restaurants (even a 24 hour A&W across the street), the Metro grocery store a few blocks away, buses right outside and the metro about a 10 min. walk away. I would stay here again! Merci!

Nicely decorated condo, good amenities in kitchen. Sofa bed and bed were comfy. Some downsides for me: no bath mat, hand towels or tea towel in kitchen. No clean scrubber in kitchen sink. No cloth to wipe down countertops. No recycling container. We had ants on our last night! Couldn’t open the window as the handle was broken! I’m sure that’s a safety issue. No map of where fire escapes located or muster point outside. Bathroom faucet, shower door handle, paper holder need to be tightened. Cleaning in shower needs to cover all corners and grout near shower tray! Rug in living area needs better vacuuming - lots of black hair (not mine) on rug. Apart from that we had a pleasant stay!!

We loved the location as it was so close to our son. We were surprised to find we had parking, which was not advertised. Unfortunately we had an ant incident. The phone number provided does not get you a person, which was a bit frustrating, but we did get immediate response via email. The food we had bought was ruined as well as our plans to cook anything. No credit was offered. The air conditioning and heating controller is NOT self explanatory and we found at one point both the heat and air conditioning was running! There should be some type of explanation (my husband is VERY technically savy and couldn't figure out what was going on.) The TV was also not self explanatory but to the best of our knowledge was useless unless you log in with your own account. Could not get any channels. The shower was nice but only the handheld device worked. The piece for switching to the overhead shower head was missing. For information, there was a coffee maker in our unit but that was not listed as an amenity. Another thing we noticed is that the first run of stairs does not have a handrail (as we were considering coming again with an elderly person (who can walk stairs), this is a bit of a concern).
