Our room was clean and updated. The room felt cozy and warm. It was very quiet except for the sound of doors closing. There were two hockey teams staying at the hotel during our stay and we didn't hear anything! Easy free parking and the location is near everything. Bilingual guest facing staff, but not all staff are bilingual, so be prepared to use your phone to translate. We would definitely stay again.

Room was as described. Front desk was very helpful with an early check-in. Parking was easy to find and accessible through sliding door in our room. Room was clean and had microwave and coffee maker in room. Breakfast had many selections including eggs, potatoes and sausage and was many options available even 30 mins before end time in a full room on weekend.

Rooms are fairly clean, reception staff is very welcoming and helpful. Water should be provided in the rooms. Breakfast staff is barely present and tables are not cleaned right away. Overall good experience but breakfast could be much better.

The room itself was good and there was lots of grass and green space around the hotel to walk the dogs, but a number of things did not work properly without the assistance of the staff. They didn't have a luggage cart, so we were told we could park near the patio door to the room to easily unload our luggage. But The patio door would not open, and even when the staff got it open, it didn't work well. So we couldn't use it. The AC unit was set to 18C and the room was very cold, but the unit wouldn't shut off, so the staff person we called just pulled the plug. We plugged it back in, but AC unit didn't operate well so the room was hot and stuffy all night. The room had a microwave oven, but it had a quirky locking mechanism. It took me and my husband 10 mins. to figure how to get the door open. There were no grab bars in the tub/shower which had very rounded sides, no shower mat or anti-slip features in the tub, no soap dish shelf, nothing to hang on to or steady yourself with. I was afraid to take a shower, so skipped showering. Photos of the continental breakfast showed many options, but the actual breakfast we had was pretty limited. Not up to usual Comfort Inn standards I thought.
