"Shuttle to the mountain only runs every hour. Bathroom tubs don’t drain and the fire alarm went off every time we showered due to the steam. Pool and hot tub was crowded with kids. Housekeeping comes through at 5 PM right when you’re getting back to your room and want to relax after a day of skiing. Front desk seemed bothered whenever we had questions. Had a $30 cheese board with Pepperidge farm crackers. "

"Overall a good experience. Room was clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. The coffeemaker placed in the bathroom is all kinds of wrong but it didn’t really matter as it was broken. Shower had good water pressure but the water was not very warm. The hotel is small and the common area is tiny. Breakfast is all overly sweet pastries. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel right by the ski area shuttle is perfect. Close to many good restaurants too. Price was more reasonable than other hotels in the area but matched the quality of the hotel. I don’t think we will stay there again. "
