Blerina, our main contact at the property, was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The premises could use some TLC (e.g. the parking lot is overgrown as are some of the walkways) but overall a great value. Big space, we had a kitchen and bedroom, but the shower was very small and the bed literally fell apart twice and we had to reassemble it. But also beautiful vistas and an awesome restaurant with low prices. I'd stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights, but definitely wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed in an apartment that accommodated five people very comfortably. Beautiful tuscany farmhouse
Beautiful farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. Our apartment was much bigger than we had anticipated, had full lounge area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with seperate bedroom and bathroom. We had a patio out the front with table and chairs which was really lovely. Only disappointing thing which I dont think is clear/explained is the restaurant it says that is on site is actually across the road and run seperately. We had emailed the hotel about whther we needed to book in for dinner on the Friday night but they said we could just sort it when we turned up Friday. When we turned up however the restaurant was already fully booked for the whole weekend. This was disappointing as we'd been doing so much driving that one of the attractions of this place was my partner did not have to worry about having a few wines etc and then driving. Another restaurant was recommended which was a 5 minute drive away, food was ok. On saturday we went to markets and bought fresh produce and utilised the kitchen which was great. If we'd known we couldnt have eaten at this place we would have got supplies for Fri night as well. Minor thing but annoying and the restaurant looked beautiful. Pool was great with sun loungers all round that looked out over some rolling Tuscany hills. We were lucky enough to be allowed to check out late on our last day and lounge arond in the sun. Beautiful setting.
