VILLA CORAZZA - MONTAIONE AREA

Villa Corazza (350 sq. m) is a private property set in the quiet countryside of Montaione, ideally located between Pisa and Florence; from here guests can explore the historical cultural centres of Tuscany.

Villa Corazza develops over two levels.

Ground floor: double dining room with two tables that sit 16; living room with fireplace; kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine; 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and direct access to the garden; guest toilet.

First floor: 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower), 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower).

Outside area: private infinity pool (15m x 8m - depth from 1.20m to 2.50m) with whirlpool tubs on two sides of the pool (depth 0.90m), patio with garden furniture, solarium with sun beds, loungers and sun umbrellas, fenced garden.

Facilities: private pool, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, air conditioning (1 unit per bedroom + 1 unit in living and dining areas), internet WIFI.
