"What a great family weekend! The house was perfect. We had 19 people and the accommodations was more than we could ask for. From the Welcome Basket when we arrived to the indoor pool and game room! The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach towels in the pool area. The game room was fun for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed the deer in the morning walking by to the look out over Lake Michigan. Highly recommend the beautiful home. "

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The first issue was the heat did not work and my mom froze. I was going to report it but when we left the room the next morning, it came on as we were heading out. We fugured it was now working. Next night checked made sure it was on heat, got in the bed and woke up cold again. Wnd issue was checking out. I prepaid theough hotels.com and when I turned in my keys the ckerk said yiur card did not go through. I showed where I paid in advance and told her that the card I used for incidentals was valid and had available credit. I had no incidental charges. She had to call the manager and held me up 15 minutes for I don't know what. Bad experience"

"The room was very clean. Amazing view of the lake. The bed was actually comfortable (I never think hotel beds are). Great area. We ate at the restaurant next door and then walked downtown for drinks… great area. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 was because the family in the next room was very loud, kind of not the hotels fault, but still."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It had great space for our family and the view was so nice. They had a nice mix of games which we enjoyed playing. We had our dog with us, she has anxiety and can be nervous in new places. But she settled quickly and really loved the large sliding door to watch the squirrels outside. We had a minor toilet issue during our stay, however the hosts were quickly responsive and a plumber was at the cottage within the hour. I was so grateful and impressed, we worried we'd have to end our stay early but it all worked out wonderfully. Walks on the beach were fantastic. They had all the amenities we could need. We would absolutely stay here again, we had a wonder time making lasting memories. "
