"This property is really well appointed, clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the town of Sayulita. The host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful with setting up transportation, even when there was a miscommunication about who was arranging the golf cart. There were just two things that I wished we had known about in advance:1) The road up to the house is a very steep, loose dirt road and the house is all the way at the top. We had two taxis (including one that the host arranged) that could not make it up the hill. So I would definitely recommend having the golf cart delivered right as you are arriving. You will need it to get your luggage up to the house. I wish someone would have communicated this to us. It all worked out, but would've been nice to know in advance.2) This is completely out of the host's hands, however worth mentioning to future visitors. There is a noisy dance club nearby and you might as well be in the club while you are trying to sleep. We were traveling with our kids and not keeping late hours, so I wish we knew about this as well. Sadly it was not a very restful few days. Otherwise, the. place was great and I think it would be a wonderful choice for the right group. Thank you for having us!"

"We were staying at a place in Sayulita that turned out to be a poor fit for us. My wife found this hotel, and Avela was able to get a room for us for the last two nights of our visit. Daniel and his team at the front desk, and the restaurant, were tremendous. Very friendly and super helpful. They even allowed us the use of the pool for a couple of hours after we checked out, and before our ride to the airport showed up. Very accommodating, the rooms were great, much appreciated!"

"Their service was amazing, a little bit far from the city ( you may need to rent a car cause there are no activities close), but the place and the service were 10/10. "

"The hotel is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and relax, lovely gardens and an excellent swimming pool. There were always pool chairs available and poolside service for drinks. The food in the buffet and at the a-la-cartes was excellent. You will never go hungry here, there is always something delicious to eat. The beach is well maintained and the attendant is quick to bring you a lounge chair, they could do with a few more umbrellas at the beach. The staff are friendly and professional. Our favourite place was the sunset bar overlooking the ocean. The view is stunning at any time of day and especially just after the sun has set. We will definitely be back to Iberostar Playa Mita. "

"booking this villa for my friends bachelorette was the BEST decision we could have made. Josue was so accommodating and made us feel taken care of and safe the entire time. Anything that we needed— taxis, alcohol, waters, he was able to take care of it for us. The villa itself was just breathtaking and the pool was so warm and refreshing. We also got to see some pretty incredible lighting shows at night. Being deep in the jungle so far up felt so secluded but we were still so close to the night life down town. The golf carts on site were so convenient and just a short drive to town which was such a fun way to get around. having complementary breakfast every morning was also such a nice touch. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family. "
