"You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay."

"Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.Der Rest der Unterkunft ist mehr als schlecht, nicht zumutbar.In den Ecken Schimmel und die gesamt Unterkunft stinkt, sodass man nicht schlafen kann.Ein Zimmer voll mit Müll.Auf der Terrasse weiterer Müll.Anbei nur ein paar Bilder davon.Jeden morgen mit Kopfschmerzen aufzuwachen ist kein Urlaub.Eine Wohnung anzubieten mit Schimmel sodass es so stark stinkt geht überhaupt nicht."

"We were lucky enough to have a renovated sea view room on the 5th floor with a fabulous view from the balcony. We opted for the breakfast which was good with plenty of GF options. Day 1 we had to wait 10mins for bacon & egg to be brought out. Day 2 we were traveling so down at 7.10am, hit food wasn’t out until after 7.30am which had us under the pump."
